We will manipulate your requirements and specification and prepared a tailor-made itinerary or tour plan which will suit you the best. Or else, you can also choose one of our pre-listed itineraries of treks and tours from our portal. Only after, you are completely satisfied with our offer, you shall deposit certain percentage of your total trip cost as an advance payment and the trip is confirmed immediately.
Following are the steps which shall come under the trip booking process:
Step 1: Write an Inquiry to us
The first and foremost step for booking a tour is to write us an inquiry and initialize the corresponding with our travel expert. We have published some of the highly recommended and worthwhile itineraries in our website. They are further classified according to the nature of each activity and for each regions of Nepal.
You can send an inquiry to us regarding any of them for further procedure. You can also mention you request to personalizing any of the provided itinerary as per your specification.
Step 2: We will correspond and send you our quote
On the basis of your inquiry email, we will proceed further to prepare a best-ever trip plan for you. Estimating the cost of all the required services, for instance, the cost of accommodation, meals, transportation, guides and so on, we will send you our offer. We will mention the services which are included and which are not in that cost while we send you the quotation.
If you find that the cost seems to be very high or very low in comparison to your budget then please be noted that it is all because of the standard of accommodation, meals, and so on. Hence, please let us know your budget, so that we can make another quote which could be more significant for you as per your needs and budget.
Step 3: Customize the trek / Personalize

Step 4: Tour Confirmation along with Advanced Payment

Well, a certain percentage of the total trip cost is requiring as an advanced deposit for the confirmation of the booking. It can be taken either as a safety deposit or also because we ought to reserve the services for your trip in advance in order to ensure the best experience of yours with us. You can make the payment in Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Wire Transfer as per your comfort.
Along with the payment, we shall also require the scanned copies of passports and a photo of each candidates joining the trip.
Step 5: Review your booking
We will provide you with the final version of your itinerary and inclusion and exclusion of services list. Please read it carefully again and ensure that it is as per our discussion and planning. Step 6: Final Payment
