Trishuli River, Seti River, Bhote Koshi River, Kali Gandaki River, Marsyandi River, Sun Koshi River, Arun River, Karnali River, Tamur River etcetera are some of the eminent rivers for white water rafting in Nepal. Along with white water rafting, other adventure sports like canyoning and kayaking are also trending in these rivers these days.  Classified into 6 categories, each river of Nepal have their own kind of features. Either a single-day rafting tour or multi-day camping tour on which you will be relaxing on white-sand beaches on the river banks, we offer them all.

Though rafting is an adventure sport and should be thrilling and give you chills, it is better to be cautious before rafting regarding the season, pieces of training, equipment and health check-ups. To avoid the heavy flow of water and raft on warm water, we recommend you to go for rafting in Nepal from March to June or September to early December.  As well as it is highly recommended to have some warm-up training and well-equipped before actually rafting into the river.
