Our guide TB was recommended to us by an Australian friend and we had an amazing time in the care of TB and Nepal Mountain Trekkers. I've read other review that say how accommodating and professional TB is, and it is true he has an amazing professional and personal approach to his business of caring for and guding his clients. Special thanks to Krishna and Tuley too for taking care of the whole family constantly.

We arrived in Nepal with nothing but boots and having not told Nepal Mountain Trekkers how long we thought to trek, where we wanted to go, etc. Were assisted in every aspect from buying and renting gear to flights, deciding routes that suited us, jeeps, and of course the customary accommodation and meal concierge service at each "hotel" each day.

What started as a possible 7-10 day trip ended up being about 18 days, covered close to 200km and crossed Thorongla Pass which is higher than we thoughts we would be able to manage with the careful preparation of the team. And back in Kathmandu the company has their own hotel in Thamel which is very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, and the food is great too.

Our Annapurna trek (9 days) was organised so perfectly that we didn't have to think about much other than what to eat and when to be ready. All of which was explained to us every step of the way.
TB (our guide and general boss man) and the porters were just delightful, always looking out for our wellbeing and general comfort (in somewhat uncomfortable environments at times) and they have become lifelong friends to the four of us (middle-aged women) who trekked together.
Our time in Khatmandu and Pokhara (either side of the trek) was also organised perfectly from arriving at the airport to our departure 3 weeks later. TB was even prepared to 'shop' with us and help us navigate the complexity of retail in Nepal.
Whilst barely noticeable, TB made changes on the trek and constantly sought out the best possible accomodation and routes to suit us and make sure we saw the majesty of the mountains and surrounds.
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and we felt so safe and secure in their capable hands, right down to the multi cups of tea to keep us warm and hydrated, ice water for sore feet, the odd massage, fires lit just for us, being lifted up steep terrain and virtually carried across the odd suspension bridge when fear might have stopped us moving on.
I can't recommend them highly enough, taking on such a challenging adventure requires true, experienced professionals and they were every bit of that.

Great trek.
Many people, mules, and dzopke the first two days to go to Namche Bazaar as lot of people are going to Everest base camp, but after that we see very few trekkers.
The day from Namche Bazaar to Dole is hard, while the rest is easier, with not much elevation gain after Dole .
Gokyo Rii is fantastic , great views all around of Everest, Lhotse, Cho oyu,...
Cold in late afternoon and early in the morning as rooms in guest houses are not heated and dining rooms are not heated at that time. (especially in Dole)
Always sunny skies in the morning with great view and visibility of the summits around.
Lodges were generally good , however i would not recommend staying in Tok Tok, it is more quiet but lodge service was not good . Better to stay in Phadking with more choices of lodges.

Trekked ABC trek using Nepal Mountain trekkers. From initial discussions, the organization was made easy. They listened to what we wanted and also helped to arrange everything from flights to airport pickups and city tours for no cost (city guide was a charge). They are super knowledgeable, trustworthy and go above and beyond to give you a great trek. The team (guide and 2 porters) were excellent. Dependable, helpful, fun to be with (dancing, singing, would play cards in evenings with us) but would work so hard all the time to make sure you were comfortable and happy. Highly recommended. Management team work hard for the community and their clients. Above all they care. Thank you to the wonderful team.

My wife and I arranged a Mera Peak - Amphu Lapsa loop with NMT. The weather was unusually cold with snow every day so we had to make substantial changes in the plan. NMT was helpful, flexible and responsive to making the most of what we could get done. We'd definitely use NMT again.

This is the third trek I've done with Nepal Mountain Trekkers and it was absolutely incredible, as always. Everyone at the trekking company is organized, friendly, and professional. Suman organized the trip for me and was my guide. He's the absolute best. Not only did he figure out how we could do a 7 day trek in 4 days, he also was great company during the trek! He's so knowledgeable about all of the treks and mountains in Nepal. He's easy going and fun to be around!

The agency organized a trek to Upper Mustang for us. We are impressed by the very good organization of the trip by the Nepal Mountain Trekker agency. Our guide was very professional, porters very helpfull, owners of the lodges very friendly. The Mustang area offers beautiful landscapes and very interesting Buddhist monasteries. We came back very happy and we are already planning our next trips to Nepal!

I had a wonderful time trekking with Suman Gurung, guide from Nepal Mountain Trekkers. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the region and the culture. He took care of everything from planning the itinerary, arranging the transportation, booking the lodges and ensuring our safety and comfort throughout the trek. He also shared his insights and stories about the places we visited and made the trek more enjoyable and memorable. Suman Gurung is not only a great guide but also a great person and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to experience the beauty and adventure of Nepal. Thank you Suman for an amazing trek!

We had a wonderful 8 days in Nepal with Nepal mountain trekking. Our guide Min was absolutely amazing. He is a very knowledgeable guide about all aspects of history, religion and life in Nepal. He looked after us and made us feel very safe. He is a brilliant story teller and we loved listening to him. Every aspect of our trip was taken care of and it was totally stress free from airport pick up when we arrived to the moment we left. We had a customised trip which was arranged with Avinash. He was very easy to deal with and took care of our needs. The trip was very enjoyable, the 2 tour of Kathmandu was perfect and then 5 days trekking in Langtang. It was more than we expected. The hiking at times was physically tough with the ascents and then with the rain but being on the Himalayas in July that is to be expected. We got a real sense of Nepali culture and life. It was a trip I will never forget. 100% recommend to anyone and a special thanks to Min.
