To the southeast of the Ganesh Himal range, Paldor Peak awaits. It offers you a respectable and impressive 5,896m technical climb, but its contours and features make it perfect for less experienced mountaineers as well as advanced climbers.

This peak climbing expedition includes a vast range of unforgettable sights and adventure activities as you ascend and descend. However, the main highlight will be reaching the Paldor base camp, and then Paldor High Camp. From there, you can gaze triumphantly out to the Ganesh peaks, Langtang Lirung, Manaslu and the Tibet mountains beyond.

Once you trek with our team, you will surely think of visiting Nepal time and again with us as our other clients.

In Nepal, the weather is mild and almost cold around the regions of Peak climbing so is of Paldor Peak Climbing region.

Well, the tip for guide and other trekking staffs like porters and drivers is not mandatory but since they contribute their time apart from family to make you enjoy the best of your trip ensuring your safety and satisfaction, we recommend you to contribute some amount of tip for them. In Nepal, it is practised that 10% of the total amount you pay for your trek and tour is contributed as a tip.

Paldor Peak Climbing can be organized according to your requirement to fit into your availability of time but in general, a minimum of more than two weeks is required to attain success with proper safety and satisfaction.

The trek could be extremely adventurous and exciting for solo trekkers and since you will be walking through off-the-beaten paths, it is somehow risky for the solo trekker and solo female trekkers. You need to be aware and capable of handling several situations in order to prevent from obligations and challenges during the trek and climbing. So, at least a highly experienced and certified trekking guide is needed for this trek even for solo trekkers.

Since the trail of this trekking is mostly rural, the drinking water available during this trek would be tap water, well water or hand pumps and should be purified prior to drinking them. Hence, you should buy bottled waters or should have water purifying pills or any other equipment to ensure drinking safe water.

It is better to have previous climbing experience for Paldor Peak Climbing because without having the technical know-how about mountaineering there would be a high risk during the peak climbing activities.

About the porter, it is your decision because if you are few in number and you do not have many loads to carry then you can go without the porter as well. Well, the guides are essential to take care of you in each case and to make you explore the best of climbing a peak since the guides owe years of experience in this activity and they are well-known as well as well-trained to handle all kinds of the situation during Paldor Peak Climbing.

Since peak climbing is an adventure related activities and it is somehow challenging and risky as well, you would be requiring insurance before Paldor Peak Climbing to cover the expenses in case of emergency.

Paldor Peak Climbing is somehow arduous activity since climbing a peak and the trails up to there are not so easy, you have to make your way through rugged off-the-beaten paths. But if you are physically fit enough and courageous enough to accept the challenges and at the same time being well-equipped and aware, Paldor Peak Climbing in is adventurous and exciting rather than difficult.

During Paldor Peak Climbing, you would be staying overnight at tea-houses or lodges and you will be served with traditional Nepali dishes like Dal-Bhat. Whereas, at the higher elevation you will be staying in tent-camps and eat what is cooked by the crew.

In the case of emergency, our highly experienced and determined trekking staffs and guides who are the inhabitants of this region and are professional in these fields would guide you with the best instruction according to the situation. They are well aware of every kind of risks and the solutions and they would be in touch with the company along with your trekking session, so there is no reason to worry about, just enjoy the trek. And if the situation is really critical, then there is also helicopter rescue available with us which might be costly if you do not have any insurance to claim it.

Due to chances of heavy snowfall and obscuring weather in winter and rainfall during the rainy season; autumn and spring are the best seasons for Paldor Peak Climbing. The sceneries are vivid and you can also enjoy the amazing blossoming of rhododendron flowers along the trail during then.

ATMs and credit cards are accessible only on the major and specific places of Nepal, so during your Paldor Peak Climbing, you can use ATMs and credit cards only while you are in Kathmandu or district headquarters.

Due to high altitude, altitude sickness and similar problems might arise during Paldor Peak Climbing but with proper acclimatization and guidance, you can tackle it.

Except for child, there is no age limit for Paldor Peak Climbing if you are fit enough physically and mentally to cope with the challenges during peak climbing.
